lovely interior prosecco availability impersonal check-in missing waters

the layout and design were quite lovely. prosecco was available upon my arrival and again at breakfast, as it was my husband's birthday. i found this a charming touch.

the check-in experience lacked a personal touch, which i normally appreciate.

bad cooling system sewer smell

the breakfast was acceptable, and it set me up well for the day.

i did find some issues . the cooling system in the room didn't work well, and it became quite warm. also, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the sewer at times.

tropical gardens large room easy access

the architecture features indoor tropical gardens. large rooms include nice water views. i found easy access to river cruise boats and the train station to be convenient.

the meal service was a bit slow, it was not as prompt as i would have liked.
